Houses Love Geothermal Heat Pumps

Geothermal Systems can be installed in almost any home (new or old). They only need electricity and a connection to the earth. Several ground loop coupling methods can also be utilized including a home's well or a nearby pond or stream. They can also be added to existing systems to provide air conditioning if that's all your house needs.

The following homeowners have given us permission to showcase our work:

Atkinson, NH

This "Hunting Lodge" was built in 1890 and was originally heated with fireplaces. An oil system was replaced in 1986 with a 4 ton GHP that provides heating, cooling, and supplements its hot water.

Bow, NH

This 2,000 sq. foot Energy Crafted Home is equipped with a 3.5-ton "Classic" heat pump from ClimateMaster.

Water is drawn and returned from the home's well.

Actual costs to heat, cool, and provide hot water average less than $600 per year.
